They have stores like Dosa Pizza, Shanghani Post, Masala Country, Pizza & Co., Cafe Coffee Day, Ice Cream Parlour and more. There is also a restaurant in the mall.

It is the perfect shopping destination in Rajkot for national and international brands in men’s wear, ladies wear and children’s wear categories. Many popular brands such as Club Fox, Globus, Just in Vogue, Lilliput, Catmoss, and Green Fibre have their own stores in the mall.

The Crystal Mall is also having the most popular electronic gadgets showroom Croma, the electronics megastore. They offer variety of products such as LCD TV, LED TV, Smartphones, Cameras, Washing Machine, Body Massage Machines, Refrigerators and so many others.
