1. Panjim Municipal Market

Panjim Municipal Market is situated near INOX cinema. It is a huge market with many stalls and shops. Panjim Municipal Market is one of the best and the largest markets in Goa for shopping. Groceries, knick – knacks, handbags, wines, cashew nuts, local handicrafts, Goan spices, clothing, jewellery and every other products which we buy from other markets can be purchased here at reasonable price. A shopping addicted person or the person who want to take some wonderful products from Goa, then they should visit this market. You would also find variety of sweets. It is open daily from 7. 30 am to late evening.

2. Mapusa Friday Market

The lover of fresh fruit, vegetable and fish should go ahead to this market. This market is the major tourist attraction. This market is very noisy and has a lot of crowd enjoying shopping. It is a famous shopping market in Goa for its jewellery, spice carpets and many more products. It has a lot of dried fishes which makes the mouth watery. This is an amazing Saturday night bazaar. Here stalls are very colourful with Indian creativity and charm. There are around 400 stalls. Here from designer footwear to wood carved products are there. Even food items, art gallery, and tattoo artists are also available. This place is a naturally beauty place surrounded by a river flowing and coconut grooves where one can forget everything. People from all over the world meet at this place in the friendly atmosphere. It is open from November to April.

4. Margao Municipal Market

Margao Municipal Market is also known as new market. It is located in the East of municipal garden. Here fresh and every kind of fish, meat, fruit and vegetables are available. The specialty of this market is the product which are not available in local market and out of season available here. This is an amazing place for photograph and food lovers. This is the perfect destination for sea food lovers. Friday is a weekly bazaar day. On this day, all types of sellers and traders appear to sell their goods. This market is open daily from 7.30 am to 8 pm.

5. Arpora Saturday Night Market

This market is also known as Ingo’s Saturday night market. This market is located in Verla, Arpora. Shopping addicts can spend hours over here. Here all people across the world are seen including European Traders, Jewelers and cloth traders and many more. This market is open from November month. The lower field of this market is local Indian merchants selling carpet, clothes, embroidered cushions etc. The central field has features like beer, wine bars, food stalls and many more. The upper field consist of international designer, few local merchant, live DJ and a magic cocktail dance.

6. Anjuna Flea Market

Anjuna Flea is one of the best markets in Goa for shopping. This is one of the head’s bargaining market of Goa. This market is held on every Wednesday on the beach.
